Thank you for shopping with Gautam Ayurveda. We strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refunds & Cancellations Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and contact details.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund (if payment was made online) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, including Shilajit, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, a refund or replacement may be approved under the following circumstances:

• The product delivered is damaged during shipping
• The product delivered is incorrect
• The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging and invoice

Our support team will review the request and notify you of the approval status.

Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified, Gautam Ayurveda may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund to the original payment method

Replacements will be shipped once the claim is approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been opened or used
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product was purchased during special promotional or clearance offers (unless damaged)

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
